As for ATInc, the thing I appreciate most is their attitude; they are willing to make changes as we make up, or rather, change our minds and are readily available to talk about them. No matter what we ask, they are willing to consider it and so far have been able to deliver. The database is especially powerful and we are able to use it for a distribution list.  Gotta love that!  The website layout is aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.  They have made our ideas a reality!
